Natarajan Venugopal
Founder
With over 32 years of experience in engineering, construction, and maintenance across India, the UAE, and East Africa, Mr Natarajan brings deep technical expertise and global project exposure to BWCCL. A certified Maintenance & Construction Engineer from NTTF Technical Training Foundation, he has successfully led residential, commercial, and industrial developments with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and precision.
Driven by a vision to raise industry standards in Tanzania, he founded BWCCL with a commitment to transparency, craftsmanship, and long-term value. His leadership continues to shape the company culture — rooted in trust, responsibility, and excellence.
Adarsh Raj Natarajan
Co-Founder
Mr. Adarsh Raj Natarajan serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Strategy at BWCCL. Armed with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Engineering from HTW Berlin, he brings a modern, global perspective to business systems, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. His role focuses on strengthening partnerships, enhancing internal processes, and driving innovation across all service verticals.
